Overview
As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of aerospace, applying Lean and Six Sigma principles to optimize manufacturing processes and improve cost, quality, and delivery.
Responsibilities- Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to optimize manufacturing processes and improve cost, quality, and delivery.
- Analyze customer specifications and integrate requirements into manufacturing processes and documentation.
- Partner with product engineering, manufacturing leadership, and support teams to achieve business unit objectives.
- Design and improve process layouts, workstations, tooling, and fixtures to enhance product flow and operator performance.
- Support new program introductions through standard cost hour development and manufacturing cost analysis.
- Resolve manufacturing process issues using structured problem‑solving and root cause analysis techniques.
- Support a strong safety culture by adhering to safe work practices and contributing to health, safety, and environmental initiatives.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 1‑3 years of experience in manufacturing and/or quality processes.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
