Overview
At Safran Electrical & Power, we design and deliver advanced electrical solutions for the aerospace industry. We are seeking a Continuous Improvement and Lean Sigma (Safran+) Supervisor to lead continuous improvement initiatives and guide a team of engineers and interns in driving operational excellence across our Denton facility.

Responsibilities- Leading Safran+ Engineers and interns to ensure the effective implementation of Lean‑Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Coordinating benchmarking activities across plants and identifying best practices to be shared at the site level
- Developing and delivering Lean, One Safran, and continuous improvement training programs
- Facilitating One Safran workshops aligned with site maturity and Safran Electrical & Power standards
- Ensuring implementation and sustainability of improvement processes such as 5S, visual management, takt clock, and Andon systems
- Leading Lean‑Sigma projects that generate measurable performance improvements and cost savings
- Mentoring Green Belt candidates through certification while ensuring compliance with Lean‑Sigma methodology
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- 1–3 years of people management experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Advanced knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
- Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and mentor team members
- Lean‑Sigma Green Belt required
- Black Belt preferred
