- Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 + company & performance-related bonuses + benefits

A rapidly growing electrical manufacturing business in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas is looking to hire an Engineering Project Manager – Electrical Engineering to lead the development and delivery of advanced electrical power distribution and panel-based projects.

You will own projects from concept through to manufacturing and delivery
, working closely with engineering, production, and customers.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of electrical panel / power distribution projects
- Drive R&D and product development initiatives
- Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and resources
- Ensure compliance with UL standards (UL891, UL508A, UL67)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Project Management experience within electrical engineering / manufacturing / R&D
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, panels, or switchboards
- Experience working with UL standards (UL891, UL508A, UL67)
- Able to operate in a fast-paced, engineering-led environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
