This position will be responsible for ensuring all major new development program's Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEAs) are complete, thorough, identify all failure risks, and ensure they remain up to date. You will also, ensure that the Design Verification Plan and Report (DVPR) addresses all risks and Requests for Testing Services (RTS) are submitted and tracked to completion in the DVPR.
Additionally, this position will manage test priorities meeting program requirements and ensure test properties are built correctly and on-time to meet test schedules.
Hiring level for this position will be dependent upon education and experience. This position will work to identify synergies between program tests and test properties, resulting in a more efficient use of validation resources and reduce validation expense. This position will require a self-motivated person, that can operate with minimal supervision and occasionally require independent evaluation.
