• Strong foundation in accounting, with public company or SEC reporting experience preferred
• Expertise in month‑end close, financial reporting, and internal controls, including SOX compliance
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proven experience with ERP systems, ideally Net Suite
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities
• Experience with process automation and system integration

• Background in acquisitions or international operations
• Technical accounting proficiency
• Leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA preferred)
• Significant prior experience in accounting within a public company environment, especially involving system implementations or transformations
• Prior exposure to cross‑border operations and complex transaction support

• Willingness to work onsite daily at our Fort Worth headquarters
• Ability to partner cross‑functionally with FP&A, Legal, Tax, and Operations teams
• A proactive mindset geared toward innovation and process improvement
