The Senior Relationship Banker is a full-time, on-site role based in Denton, TX, focused on building and deepening relationships with consumer and small business clients. This role includes proactively engaging clients to understand their financial goals, presenting appropriate banking, lending, and investment solutions, and handling day-to-day transactions and service requests. The Senior Relationship Banker will open and service accounts, support loan origination and follow-up, and connect clients with specialized partners as needed.
Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities for cross-selling Truist products, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations, and contributing to branch performance and community outreach initiatives.

- Proactively engage clients to understand financial goals and present appropriate banking, lending, and investment solutions.
- Connect clients with specialized partners as needed.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling Truist products; ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
- Contribute to branch performance and community outreach initiatives.
- Candidates should possess strong Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to engage clients, foster trust, and support long-term banking relationships.
- Candidates should possess Financial Services and Finance knowledge to explain products clearly, assess client needs, and provide suitable solutions.
- Candidates should possess experience with Loans, including basic credit principles, loan documentation, and loan servicing processes.
- Prior experience in retail or commercial banking, or a related financial services environment, is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a branch team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with digital banking tools and systems, and commitment to ethical practices and regulatory compliance.
