We are currently accepting applications for a Lead Caregiver expecting to work 40 hours per week! Full‑time caregivers must provide open availability, including options to work selected weekends if needed.

We are looking for an experienced Caregiver or CNA who is ready to advance in their career to lead a team of caregivers while balancing care for a dynamic client base.

• Guaranteed Full Time: a 40 hour work week, if you're not working with clients then you will be scheduled in office to review charts, care plans, and assist with office needs

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, and housekeeping.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients, promoting independence and dignity.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, providing companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Compassionate and caring demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• 3-5 years of experience in caregiving or 2 years experience as a CNA
• Proven experience in training caregivers
• Flexibility to work a full time schedule either with clients or in office
• Valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle to assist clients when running errands (mileage reimbursed)
• Comfortability working with all types of clients
• No allergies to pets, smokers, or messy home environments
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
