Your Day-to-Day:
  • Assist in carrying out customized treatment plans designed by an Occupational Therapist.
  • Help patients develop, improve, or restore their ability to perform daily living and work activities.
  • Use therapeutic techniques to support physical, cognitive, and psychosocial goals.
  • Monitor and document patient progress in electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive equipment, and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with the OT and interdisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in the state of Texas (or willingness to obtain).
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, patient-focused attitude.
  • Passion for helping others regain independence and confidence in their daily lives.
