Position: Physical Therapist - Weekdays - (MPT)

NOW HIRING - Physical Therapist for growing wellness facility!

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individual treatment programs for patients with a range of orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.

You will play a critical role in restoring function, improving mobility, and promoting long-term wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop goal-oriented treatment plans based on clinical findings and best practices.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and injury prevention strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Experience and Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of experience.
  • Degree from an approved school of physical therapy and current Texas licensure by the Texas State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
  • Manual therapy training or advanced certification preferred.
  • Verbal ability to facilitate communication with professional medical staff, clients, their families, and the public.
  • Curiosity and desire to analyze and solve client rehabilitation needs.
  • Able to work and reason independently, logically, impartially, and accurately.
  • Able to provide leadership and direction within his/her duties for the optimal functioning of the team.
  • Acts in accordance with a well-developed sense of professional and ethical values.

NOTE:

You must be able to commute to Decatur, TX. Experience is required for this position.
