• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home exercises.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with regulations.

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice physical therapy in Texas.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred, with knowledge of orthopedic conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.
• Basic CPR and First Aid certification required.
