Provide in-home personal care and designated health related services to maintain the patient's physical and emotional well-being;
Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing in bed, tub or shower; care of hair; denture care; nail care; skin care; peri care and applying lotion;
Transfer of patient from bed to chair and to wheelchair; assist with transfers on and off bedpan, commode, and toilet;
Report observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager;
Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt when business travel is required
