As a Home Health Caregiver, you will provide exceptional care and support to seniors in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with our clinical team
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care and customer service
