School-Based Occupational Therapy Contract Assignment

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• NBCOT Certification
• Educator's License
• Acute care experience, including clinical rotations while in school
• Licensed PT or OT in the state of Texas

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift days:
  Tuesday - Saturday
• Weekend requirement:
  Cover a Saturday or Sunday shift every week while on contract
• Floating required:
  Will cover all areas of the hospital
• EMR:
  Meditech
• Patient volume: 12 patients per day

• Provide occupational therapy in a school-based setting.
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams.
• Maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.
