Part-Time Caregiver

Sevita is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Caregiver to support individuals in home and community settings. Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home and community-based care to individuals with varying abilities
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support
• Follow individualized care plans and document services provided
• Support behavioral and emotional needs while promoting independence and dignity
• Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and healthcare professionals
• Ensure a safe, clean environment and follow all health and safety protocols
• Participate in ongoing training and development offered by Sevita
