United Health Group’s DFW Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in home health settings. You will assess functional status, develop and adjust treatment plans, and coordinate care with the health team to improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include documenting progress, educating patients and families, and visiting patients per the plan of treatment. A Texas PT license and a valid driver’s license are required; CPR is preferred within 90 days of hire.
