The College of Public Affairs and Health Sciences (PAHS) at the University of North Texas prepares graduates to address complex social issues such as aging, disability, disaster management and recovery, criminal justice, health disparities and public safety, and find solutions to challenges in public administration, public health, exercise physiology and urban design.

We have eight academic departments with undergraduate and graduate programs, the Kristin Farmer Autism Center, the Center for Public Management, the UNT Speech and Hearing Center, the UNT Work Inclusion and Supported Employment (UNTWISE) program, UNT ELEVAR, and several professional development and clinical training programs to facilitate careers to address a global society.

Drawing on UNT's trail blazing heritage as the first graduate program in the nation to be accredited by the Association for Behavior Analysis, and housed in UNT’s College of Public Affairs and Health Sciences, the UNT Kristin Farmer Autism Center (KFAC) provides clinical services to support learning, development, community participation, and quality of life of individuals on the autism spectrum. In addition to taking excellent care of children with autism and their families, KFAC is equally committed to helping young professionals build careers in autism (incl.

UNT students from many academic departments and programs), and conducting research to help scale evidence‑based practices in community settings.

The UNT Kristin Farmer Autism Center (KFAC) is seeking a full time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high quality clinical services to children across early and middle childhood with autism and related developmental disabilities. This position is responsible for the assessment, design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of evidence based behavioral intervention programs, as well as the clinical supervision of behavior technicians delivering direct services.

As a university affiliated autism center, KFAC emphasizes strong clinical standards, high quality supervision and training models, ethical practice, and collaboration with families, staff, and interdisciplinary partners.
