Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II / Patient Services Representative II to support our client's healthcare facility in Denton, TX.
Schedule:
Mon–Fri 8 AM–6 PM
Location:
Denton, TX
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 13-Weeks
Pay Range: $19.38 - $22.53 Hourly
* Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties:
- Perform venipuncture and other blood specimen collections safely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Collect specimens from pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, including capillary collections.
- Prepare and process specimens according to established laboratory procedures.
- Verify patient demographic information and ensure specimens are correctly labeled in the patient's presence.
Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
License(s):
None
Certification(s):
None
Years of experience:
Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience
Skills/Specialties/Technology: venipuncture, capillary collections
