This person acts with a sense of urgency when completing and delegating tasks. This leader should always have a smile on their face and looks for ways to improve the clients experience. A Banquet Captain excels in communicating instructions and providing direction to a team.
The Banquet Captain takes direction from the Operations Manager but can also problem solve on their own when needed.

Major tasks and key responsibilities:
- Food and beverage management
- Oversee the set-up and breakdown of event space
- Maintain venue cleanliness at all times
- Lead a banquet team to execute flawless events
- Can execute against a BEO
