Bilingual Onsite Coordinator | Denton, TX

$23.50/hr, Paid Weekly, Plus Quarterly Bonus

Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday, 2:30 PM to 2:30 AM

Reports To: Branch Manager

Location: Onsite in Denton, TX

$23.50 an hour, weekly pay, plus a quarterly bonus. No waiting two weeks to see what you earned.

Midway at the client site. When a supervisor on the floor needs 12 people by Thursday, they call you. When a new associate is nervous on their first shift, you are the one who walks them in.

• Owning the relationship with the client and with every associate on the floor
• Recruiting, screening resumes, and running phone and in-person interviews
• Running onboarding from background checks through new hire paperwork
• Handling first‑day logistics so new hires actually stick
• Processing and approving timecards so payroll goes out clean and on time
• Checking in with clients and associates to catch problems before they become problems
• Repping Midway at job fairs and community hiring events

• Bilingual English/Spanish. This is non‑negotiable. You will use both every single day.
• 1 to 2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support. Staffing agency experience is a big plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent. An associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or something related is nice to have, not required.
• You build rapport fast, with everyone from a plant manager to a first‑day associate.
• You can juggle multiple priorities, hard deadlines, moving parts.
• Comfortable in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, and you have used an ATS before.
• You take initiative. Nobody is going to hand you a checklist every morning.
