Staffing Specialist

• Post positions and review applications in SAP Success Factors ATS
• Plan and attend recruiting events both onsite and offsite
• Screen candidates and set up interviews using Outlook and Robin
• Initiate and track pre-employment screenings, including drug tests and background checks
• Manage onboarding paperwork process utilizing SAP Success Factors, including I-9 and E-Verify process
• Assist with New Employee Orientation
• Maintain applicant tracking system
• Produce reports related to applicant and recruiting data

• 3-5 years experience in high volume recruiting (20-40 positions per month), preferably in a production, assembly, warehouse, distribution center or similar environment
• HRIS and ATS experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
• College degree or HR Certification preferred
• Bi-Lingual Spanish and/or Burmese a plus!
• Must possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of employees
• Must be dependable, creative and detail oriented
• Must have strong knowledge of basic mathematics

Demonstrates expertise in high volume recruiting processes, including applicant tracking and onboarding, while effectively utilizing SAP Success Factors and Microsoft Office tools. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for managing candidate interactions and producing recruitment reports.
