Bilingual HR Generalist

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of HR practices, including recruiting, talent acquisition, and conflict management. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and engagement within the organization.

Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Maintain employee records in HRIS systems such as iCIMS, SAP, or Workday.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Facilitate conflict management processes and provide guidance to employees on HR-related issues.

Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.

Conduct training sessions for staff on various HR topics, including compliance and employee development.

Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements in talent acquisition and retention strategies.

Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization. Must be Bilingual in Spanish Proficiency in recruiting techniques and talent acquisition strategies.

Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate employee records.

Experience with HRIS platforms such as iCIMS, SAP, or Workday is preferred.

Ability to manage conflicts effectively while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Knowledge of change management principles to support organizational growth initiatives.
