Oracle Cloud Architect

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Architect to design, implement, and optimize Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting modules, workflows, and integrations, ensuring seamless alignment with HR processes and organizational goals.

• Configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules, including Recruiting and Onboarding.
• Implement Oracle Journeys and Recruiting Booster features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Conduct workshops and design playback sessions to validate configurations.
• Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for system integrations and support data migration activities.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including testing and go-live support.
• Provide end‑user training and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Assist in project status reporting and plan updates.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
• At least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionality (candidate management, recruitment workflows, reporting).
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and data migration tools.
• Ability to read code, Fast Formulas, and develop APEX web forms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Strong solution architecture experience (functional and technical).
• Experience designing and implementing complex workflows.
• Familiarity with Oracle Journeys and Recruiting Booster features.
