Position OverviewThis position on the Enterprise Systems team provides primary system support for the Learning Management System, Canvas, document business requirements and provides faculty user support while overseeing a help desk team of student workers,
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in related field and three years of work experience in computing, information systems, or related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

- Skill in creating, organizing and maintaining technical documentation in a variety of formats.
- Skill in providing effective customer service through both written and oral communications. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of SQL, database structures, Peoplesoft, LMS, and related IT systems, and distance learning business processes.
Bachelor’s degree or three years of work experience in a Learning Management System, information systems, or related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Job Duties- Reviews, analyzes, and modifies systems including configuration, troubleshooting, training and testing to support software applications and associated business processes.
- Evaluates information technology needs and then architects new or modifies existing systems, and/or processes to meet the user needs.
- Creates technical specifications and documentation based on business requirements.
- Assists in testing, upgrades and installation of IT systems
- Works on multiple projects with competing deadlines requiring strong attention to detail.
- Provides system management and support for the Learning Management System.
- Supervises the LMS helpdesk team.
