$170K - $190K + 30% bonus + Equity

• Leadership-Level Opportunity:
  Serve as a key member of the leadership team reporting directly to the CFO
• Full Supply Chain Ownership:
  Lead purchasing, logistics, inventory, forecasting, capacity planning, master scheduling, and warehousing
• Strategic + Operational Impact:
  Drive both long-term supply chain strategy and day-to-day execution
• Continuous Improvement Focus:
  Establish KPIs, improve processes, optimize material usage, and strengthen organizational performance
• Supplier & Procurement Influence:
  Lead supplier assessments, negotiations, purchasing strategy, and risk management
• Established Manufacturing Organization:

• Multi-Site Exposure:
  Support operations in both Muenster and Denton, Texas

• Lead the company's Supply Chain and Warehousing functions.
• Oversee purchasing, procurement, logistics, inventory management, forecasting, capacity planning, and master scheduling.
• Drive continuous improvement across purchasing, production planning, scheduling, inventory, and supplier coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, vendors, customers, partners, and internal departments.
• Lead demand forecasting and analyze inventory flow and material requirements.
• Establish and manage inventory reorder points.
• Develop forecasting models and conduct supply chain planning and analysis.
• Manage supplier assessments, purchasing activities, purchase orders, and contract negotiations.
• Use sales and analytical data to support supply planning and production goals.
• Ensure components, materials, and products are available when required.
• Optimize material usage and the acquisition, production, and distribution process.
• Identify potential supply disruptions and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Develop and monitor supply chain KPIs and operating standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and resource utilization.
• Monitor supplier risks and other potential supply chain disruptions.
• Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
• Support departmental budgeting and performance against financial targets.
• Lead process and operational excellence initiatives across the supply chain organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or another relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of Supply Chain Management experience.
• Strong experience across procurement/purchasing, inventory management, forecasting, production planning, and scheduling.
• Experience leading or overseeing warehousing and logistics functions.
• Strong background in supplier management, supplier assessments, purchasing negotiations, and contract negotiations.
• Experience developing and managing demand forecasts, inventory reorder points, and forecast models.
