Custodial Maintenance Tech

General household cleaning of the interior and exterior of the building and maintaining supplies.

• General household cleaning
• Restocking of supplies
• Maintain company grounds inside and outside of plant
• Follow maintenance schedule in timely manner
• Maintain and upgrade maintenance library as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Must have or obtain forklift certification

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or one year related experience

• Ability to read and understand English instructions
• Ability to speak effectively with employees of the organization

• Possess basic math skills of; addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers and fractions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an office environment as well as a manufacturing environment. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. The employee will also be exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes/airborne particles. The employee will frequently be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, and vibration. Occasional exposure to high, precarious places.
