We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator. This role involves inventory entry, customer coordination, and organizing office files and parts. You will support the General Manager at our hangar, ensuring smooth operations and efficient logistics.

• Manage inventory entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure timely shipping and receiving.
• Organize office files and parts efficiently.
• Support the General Manager with logistics and shipping tasks.

• Proficiency in inventory management and logistics.
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, particularly in Excel.

• Experience with data entry and scheduling.
• Familiarity with general office duties and clerical tasks.
• Knowledge of aviation and order selection is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denton, TX.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
