Responsibilities- Interfaces: eWInS SHM deployment coordinator, BU local managers
- Supports the PDM Manager with specific project tasks
- Follow up local business actions
- Follows up implementation of business organization and process changes
- Report progress to BU local management and PDM Manager
- Consolidate and organize local priorities and communicate those to eWins SHM deployment coordinator and PDM manager
- Supervises business deployment team (referents) during local implementation
- Enforces team priorities
- Lead local communication, change management, and training plan
- Plans ahead and allocates capacity to the right projects at the right time.
- Coordinates the define deployment roadmap
- Leads local operational committees
- Regular, predictable attendance is required
- Requires traveling between site and plateau during some phases of the implementation

- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2 to 4 years Experience in engineering processes or an equivalent of education and experience combined.
- Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook) – Advanced
- Knowledge wiring engineering data-Advanced
- Strong knowledge on local Business processes and organization-Advanced
