CompanyAMSCO Supply has been a regional leader in HVAC distribution for over 50 years. Based out of Tulsa, we operate 8 locations across 4 states. With Rheem Air Conditioning as our primary partner, we supply equipment, parts, and supplies to local HVAC contractors.
About the RoleWe are recruiting for a Branch Operations Manager to lead our Denton, TX location. The branch operates a showroom, warehouse, and delivery fleet. This is a smaller branch with 3 total employees; thus, as Branch Operations Manager you will be very hands‑on to assist with most functions of the daily operations. Sales are focused on business‑to‑business with a high degree of repeat sales to a core group of customers.
ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations, manage showroom, warehouse, and delivery fleet. Engage in multiple roles as needed when short‑staffed. Ensure superior customer service and effective operations.
Skills Required- Previous HVAC industry experience, preferably in wholesale sales to contractors
- Track record of providing superior customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good level of computer aptitude and proficiency
- Willingness to engage in multiple roles as needed when short‑staffed
Target base salary is $70,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
