We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Manager to oversee stone counter top projects from order entry through installation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with customers and builders, and is skilled at coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

• Process and manage counter top orders from builders, retail customers, and commercial clients.
• Coordinate material selection, ordering, and inventory requirements.
• Schedule template appointments, fabrication, delivery, and installation activities.
• Prepare and distribute shop packets, work orders, and project documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, builders, designers, and internal teams.
• Track project progress and proactively communicate updates, delays, or changes.
• Coordinate with production, CAD, scheduling, and field installation teams.
• Resolve customer concerns and project issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate project records within company systems.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet company quality standards.
