Position OverviewThis role supports an educational project, requiring a general understanding of the function/specialization. Responsibilities include induction activities, assisting with recruitment, collecting data, managing social media and website content, maintaining compliance records, and providing general project support.
Job Duties- Plans, promotes and implements activities related to assigned program, which may include development of program presentations, recruitment, and training.
- Writes scholarly reports, grant proposals or other program/project related documents.
- Provides administrative support for the grant including budget management, purchasing, reconciling accounts, obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring compliance with sponsor requirements.
- Assists with implementation, development, planning, promotion/dissemination and logistical support of project.
- Maintains and reports accurate program/project related records which are consistent with applicable grant/program/university requirements.
- Assists with oversight of Teaching Fellows and related duties (i.e. training, evaluation) as well as providing guidance for professional development and community involvement which include internship programs, as necessary. Responsible for posting jobs for interns (non-student hourly staff) and act as supervisor for timesheet approvals.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field and one year of related experience or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field. Proficiency with web-based platforms, including Qualtrics and Canva, is highly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Strong computer proficiency, which includes a grasp of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), email communication and calendar management, navigating web browsers and conducting online research, and utilizing collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom).

20 hrs per week Mon - Fri between 8:00 and 5:00
