Manufacturing Engineer Stf

This role is for the F‑16 International Co‑Production Manufacturing Engineering Support Team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive F‑16 co‑production support to ensure that all F‑16 manufacturing activities are performed in accordance with Engineering, Program and Contractual requirements.

• Strong analytical and technical foundation with gauge controlled tooling.
• Aerospace Manufacturing Experience – Hands‑on experience in high‑precision, regulated manufacturing environments.
• Project Management & Facilitation – Skilled in leading cross‑functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.
• Value Stream Mapping & Process Optimization – Experienced in mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing efficiency improvements.
• Data Analysis & Visualization – Proficient in Excel, Tableau, and other analytics tools to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Interpersonal & Communication Skills – Strong collaboration, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
