Lead Fabricator and Machine Operator

We are seeking a Lead Fabricator & Machine Operator to join our team! You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and production in our fabrication and manufacturing facility. We are looking for someone to come in, take charge and be willing to work hard every day to get the job done right.

• Machine Operation: Setting up and operating fabrication equipment including CNC, press brake, mills and saws to produce custom and standard items
• Technical Interpretation: Reading and interpreting blueprints - both electronic and paper, work orders, and technical drawings to determine specifications.
• Quality Control: Inspecting finished products for imperfections and verifying dimensions against tolerances.
• Maintenance: Performing basic, routine maintenance and minor adjustments to ensure machinery runs efficiently.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols, such as OSHA, and maintaining a clean work area.
• Material Handling: Lifting and loading raw materials onto machines.

• Certified Welder - structural and fabrication
• Experience in manufacturing and customer fabrication (5+ years)
• Understand project workflow and be able to manage time and materials to accomplish tasks efficiently
• Leadership skills - work with a team and direct team members in tasks, willing to train other team members
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to use precision measuring tools.
• Experience: Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is often preferred, though many offer on-the-job training.
• Physical Ability: Capability to stand, bend, and lift materials.
• Full time position, pay day every Friday
