Position:
General Laborer. As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations across various departments. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment, enjoys physical work, and wants to be part of a dependable, high‑performing team.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Assist in production, assembly, and warehouse tasks.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols.
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
- Perform quality checks and report any issues or inconsistencies.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions.
- Prior general labor, warehouse, or industrial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, physically active environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Flexible and able to adapt to different tasks and duties as assigned.
Pay Rate:
New Rate change date 6/9/25: $18.00, plus $1.00 for shift differential, total hourly rate $19.00.
