Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead production teams in achieving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives. This role is responsible for coordinating workflow, driving operational efficiency, developing employees, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and operational goals are consistently achieved
- Coordinate production schedules, staffing, and workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Monitor production performance metrics and proactively identify and resolve operational issues or bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures across all production activities
- Train, coach, and develop production employees to improve performance, engagement, and skill development
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with maintenance, quality, logistics, and engineering teams to support production objectives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, waste reduction, and increased operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift communications
- Promote a positive team environment built on accountability, teamwork, and safety awareness
- 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Proven leadership ability with strong communication, team‑building, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience managing production teams and achieving operational performance targets
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and continuous improvement practices
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with production reporting systems and Microsoft Office applications is preferred
- Hands‑on leadership style with strong attention to detail
- Ability to motivate and develop teams in a high‑performance environment
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence
