Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician

About the Role

As a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a technical expert on the production floor, ensuring the seamless operation of complex automated systems and robotic infrastructure. You will drive equipment reliability by spearheading preventive maintenance initiatives and resolving intricate mechanical and electrical challenges to maximize facility uptime.

• Execute complex repairs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to maintain peak manufacturing performance.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in motors, VFDs, sensors, and PLC-controlled automation to minimize operational disruptions.
• Optimize production throughput by overseeing the maintenance of conveyors, robotic palletizers, and high-speed packaging lines.
• Manage the lifecycle of equipment health by scheduling and implementing robust preventive maintenance programs.
• Lead technical upgrades, including equipment installations and wiring enhancements, to modernize facility capabilities.
• Champion a culture of safety by strictly enforcing OSHA standards, lockout/tagout protocols, and proactive hazard mitigation.
• Collaborate with operations teams to streamline maintenance workflows and maintain precise documentation of all repairs and parts inventory.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or automation environments.
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting starters, relays, limit switches, and complex sensor arrays.
• Demonstrated ability to perform mechanical alignment, lubrication, and pump system maintenance.

• Technical Certificate or Associate Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Technology.
• Hands‑on experience with PLC troubleshooting, HMI diagnostics, and basic logic edits.
• Familiarity with CMMS or ERP platforms like SAP for maintenance tracking.
• Expertise in managing automated production lines and material handling systems.
