Now Hiring:
General Laborer - 1st Shift
Location: Denton, TX
Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Overtime: Required as needed, including occasional 12-hour weekend shifts
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Openwork is hiring dependable General Laborers for a busy manufacturing facility in Denton. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, work well in a fast-paced environment, and want a stable opportunity with long-term potential.
Responsibilities:
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Produce and assemble wood products.
- Work on a high-production assembly line.
- Follow production instructions and specification sheets.
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
- Assist with additional production duties as needed.
- At least 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
