Food Mixing Specialist & QA

Duties and Responsibilities

• Help prepare various dry mix products for packaging and sale
• Read and interpret mixing schedule
• Operate forklift to transport and stack ingredients
• Weigh‑up ingredients per batch sheet and mix schedule
• Place ingredients in mixer and prepare mix/clean mixers
• Provide QA with product samples
• Maintain clean work environment
• Document mixing activity
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
