Responsibilities:- Perform light assembly and basic machine operation tasks.
- Follow written instructions and production procedures accurately.
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and consistency.
- Operate in a safe and efficient manner while meeting production goals.
- Use measuring tools and basic math skills to support production accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
- Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Sit-down forklift experience required.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic math and measuring skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
