• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Produce and assemble wood products.
• Work on a high-production assembly line.
• Follow production instructions and specification sheets.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Assist with additional production duties as needed.

• At least 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
