RPM Staffing is hiring motivated Production Line Packers/Palletizers that thrive in a very fast-paced manufacturing environment where speed, stamina, and teamwork keep the line moving non-stop. • Stack and pack products securely onto pallets, building stable loads that meet strict quality and safety standards — all while keeping up with a rapid production pace.
• Quickly case-pack items into boxes or containers to prevent any slowdowns on the high-speed line and achieve/exceed daily output goals.
• Perform fast visual inspections for defects or damage to maintain top product integrity without holding up the flow.
• Operate basic packaging tools and equipment (sealers, labelers, etc.) safely and efficiently in a continuous operation.
• Work closely with team members to spot and clear bottlenecks instantly, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted workflow.
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and ready for the next shift — including thorough end-of-shift cleanup.
• Jump in to assist with inventory counts, loading/unloading, or other tasks as the fast-moving production demands.

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experience is a plus.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions in a very fast-paced setting.
• Sharp attention to detail to catch issues quickly while moving at speed.
• Strong commitment to following safety protocols at all times.
• Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality; must be flexible with shift schedules (including potential overtime).
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and hitting production numbers.
