Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.

• Location:
  
  Denton
• Shift: Days 6:45 AM – 7 PM / Nights 6:45 PM – 7 AM (Rotation shift schedule)
• Pay Rate: $20.48 – $20.48 depending on experience

• Have high-level knowledge of equipment/process from start to finish and willing to learn where development is needed or new processes launched.
• Focused on achieving daily and weekly production goals efficiently.
• Act as the first point of contact when problems arise;
  Escalate issues to the Production Supervisor if they can't be solved.
• Ensure operators are performing tasks in accordance with SOPs.
• Lead, and capable of, applicable preventive maintenance activities and unplanned repairs.
• Stress safety at all times.
• Ensure work areas are clean and well organized.
• Train operators where needed.
