We are hiring a Development Manager in Fort Worth, TX. The position will lead fundraising efforts and administrative duties for Tarrant County Socials' campaigns. This position will help drive fundraising with a revenue goal of up to $200k annually.
This person will also help steward and grow relationships to provide beneficial outcomes; recruiting, managing, and motivating volunteers; planning and implementing logistics of auxiliary fundraising events and auctions; maintaining donor or sponsor databases; coordinating event administration, schedules, and meetings; controlling inventory of marketing, presentation, or fundraising materials; and preparing financial or operations reports.
We have a fast-paced sales-type environment, with the main responsibility of driving revenue in support of our mission. We offer a base salary with the potential to earn an incentive up to 25% of your base pay. The potential incentive is based on achieving certain revenue targets and triggers.

Fundraising:
- Generate revenue and lead volunteers for the Tarrant County Socials events and event logistics.
- Conduct meetings with volunteers to generate new business and develop existing corporate partners.
- Develop relationships with volunteers, sponsors, and key corporate and community leaders.
- Assist the Development Directors in developing sponsorship proposals.
- Network within the local area and recruit and retain our valued volunteers, including executive volunteer leaders.
Event Logistics:
- Complete forms as needed for payment processing of vendor and sponsor payments/pledges.
- Work with vendors on implementing details related to equipment needs (tables, tents, chairs, sound equipment, stage, food, and beverages) within the event timeline.
- Secure kick-off, pre-event, and event activity locations according to timeline.
- Serve as the point of contact and resource for event participants.
- Attend regular region logistics calls according to event timelines, and adhere to region best practices.
- Assist others with non-assigned events as needed.
Administrative:
- Ensure compliance with Association policies and procedures including UBIT, alcohol, waivers, health screenings, auction item guidelines, branding guidelines, STEM guidelines, photo and video usage guidelines and required event signage, etc.
- Create and run reports from internal databases and systems. Track and report on sponsorship income, pledged dollar amounts and event donation information for events.
- Maintain Customer Relationship management and internal finance tools like Salesforce, Greater Giving, Tableau, E1, Halo, EMC, etc.
- Process income from cash, checks, credit cards, and letters of agreement, etc., and lead timely receipting and tracking.
- Work with the Marketing and Communications team to facilitate design requests for proposals, event materials, ELT meetings, etc.
- Perform administrative duties as requested.
