We?re looking for a driven Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) ready to make a true impact in a collaborative, high-volume setting.

What You?ll Be Doing:

• Perform physical exams and develop care plans across all ages
• Triage patients and manage acute/chronic conditions
• Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and long-term health
• Trigger point and joint injections (PRP/stem cell experience a plus!)
• Document thoroughly in EHR
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team

What We?re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Family Medicine as FNP or PA
• Comfortable seeing up to 30 patients/day
• Strong skills in diagnosis, education, and collaborative care
• Proficient with EHR, labs, diagnostics, and referrals
• Passionate about providing patient-centered, whole-person care
