LVN​/LPN​/LVN​/LPN​/Texas​/Licensed Vocational Nurse

Adelphi is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses to perform advanced vocational nursing work at a facility in Nueces County, Texas. The ideal LVN will provide clinical care and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

  Sunday Saturday with rotating schedules: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. Shifts may alternate to meet facility needs.

• Rate: $33–$36/hr

• Completion of an approved LVN program
• Valid, unencumbered Texas LVN license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in acute or long‑term care
• Current AHA CPR certification
• Must pass drug screen, background check, and fingerprinting
• Must complete facility and agency onboarding and training
• Must meet all immunization requirements set by Agency
• Must be available to start any day of the week

• Provide daily nursing care and medication administration
• Deliver treatment and monitor general welfare of residents
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Perform routine and advanced nursing tasks as assigned
• Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Assist with medication education and patient health management
• Adhere to all facility, state, and agency policies and procedures
• Perform data entry and electronic charting (training provided)
• Maintain current CPR and demonstrate ability to perform it safely
• Follow ICF-IDD, agency, and facility policies and directives
