Job Summary

As a Procedural Registered Nurse, work as a licensed professional using the nursing practice model to oversee patient care. The role involves assessing patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, developing personalized care plans, and regularly evaluating patient responses to support safe and efficient care outcomes. Delegation of tasks is performed in line with Texas nursing laws, patient conditions, and staff skill sets.

• Assess patients and identify nursing diagnoses.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Regularly evaluate patient responses and adjust care accordingly.
• Delegate responsibilities based on legal requirements, patient status, and staff competencies.
• Teach patients and staff as part of integrated care.
• Use clinical judgment to prioritize patient needs and maintain quality care.

• In-depth understanding of nursing care standards and procedures.

• Accredited RN program or minimum two years of experience.
• Pre‑op/Post‑op experience required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or obtain within thirty days of hire.
• Preferred: at least one year of relevant nursing experience.
