Job Title:
Behavioral Health RN – Evening Shifts
Join our team in Denton, TX, as a Behavioral Health RN for evening shifts, providing care to individuals with behavioral and intellectual disabilities.
Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges.
- Administer medications for up to 40 patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal care.
- Float across units as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Active Texas RN License or Compact Licensure.
- AHA BLS Certification.
- 2 years RN experience, 1 year in relevant settings.
- Proficient in medication administration.
- Strong communication skills.
- Evening shifts: 5 x 8-hour shifts weekly.
- Every other weekend required.
- 6-month contract minimum.
- Comprehensive orientation program.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
