Trio Hospice, in partnership with Jet Health, Inc., seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team serving Denton, TX and nearby communities. This full-time role involves providing compassionate in-home nursing care to geriatric patients within the community setting.
You will follow care plans, perform medications and wound care, and document patient progress while coordinating with the Clinical and Client Services teams. A valid RN license and driver's license are required.
