Charge Nurse / RN - Intermediate Care - PRN, Nights

Work hours:

PRN;
Night Shift Department highlights:

• 4:1 patient ratio

Qualifications

Here's What You Need
• Associate's Degree Nursing required OR
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
• 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting required
• 2 years experience as a clinical nurse in an acute care setting preferred
• RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required AND
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
• CPI – Crisis Prevention Training Maintained Annually 90 days required What You Will Do Texas Health's nursing theory is the Quality Caring Model developed by Dr. Joanne Duffy.
