We are seeking experienced contract wellness veterinarians. We offer a fast‑paced career providing basic essential services to pets in need. As a contract veterinarian at TCAP, you will be part of our mission to end pet overpopulation and improve community animal welfare throughout DFW. Some travel in the metroplex may be required.

- Vaccinate pets in a high‑volume setting; perfect your craft
- Provide oversight to veterinary assistants
- Prescribe flea/tick prevention
- Draw blood for heartworm testing and FIV/Felv testing
- Prescribe heartworm prevention (following negative test at our clinic)
- Draw up vaccines when needed
- Perform cursory exams to ensure pets are healthy enough for vaccines
- Must be a licensed veterinarian in the state of Texas.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and have reliable transportation.
- Must have Professional Liability Insurance.
