POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining quality‑assurance processes, testing products, and recording and analyzing results data during product development and manufacturing.
- Following through on set processes and ensuring adherence to best production practices.
- Ensuring adherence to product quality standards, as well as monitoring the efficiency and cost‑effectiveness of product output.
- Updating internal charts for any CSI activity.
- Completing shift data collection activity reports.
- Performing internal audits of process.
- Performing layered process audits.
- Auditing new/replacement team members to ensure they understand their area of assignment.
- A minimum of 2+ years’ experience within a quality support role.
- Experience with in the automotive, industrial, manufacturing, and/or supply chain/logistics industries is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a quality technician or related role preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non‑conformities.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate quality‑related issues.
- Ability to take initiative, identifying potential problems and solutions.
- Must have experience using a warehouse management system.
- Must be a self‑starter.
- Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Must have a high level of motivation.
- Proactive problem‑solving ability and strong strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to apply good judgment, strong work ethics and integrity on the job.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a flexing, fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
