POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining quality‑assurance processes, testing products, and recording and analyzing results data during product development and manufacturing.
  • Following through on set processes and ensuring adherence to best production practices.
  • Ensuring adherence to product quality standards, as well as monitoring the efficiency and cost‑effectiveness of product output.
  • Updating internal charts for any CSI activity.
  • Completing shift data collection activity reports.
  • Performing internal audits of process.
  • Performing layered process audits.
  • Auditing new/replacement team members to ensure they understand their area of assignment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • A minimum of 2+ years’ experience within a quality support role.
  • Experience with in the automotive, industrial, manufacturing, and/or supply chain/logistics industries is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in a quality technician or related role preferred.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non‑conformities.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate quality‑related issues.
  • Ability to take initiative, identifying potential problems and solutions.
  • Must have experience using a warehouse management system.
  • Must be a self‑starter.
  • Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Must have a high level of motivation.
  • Proactive problem‑solving ability and strong strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to apply good judgment, strong work ethics and integrity on the job.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a flexing, fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
